Resident Care Director

Debbie leads the nurses and certified nursing assistants on our Resident Care team at Wingate Residences at Haverhill. A licensed nurse for 22 years, Debbie brings a wealth of experience to our community. She has worked in assisted living communities and skilled nursing facilities alike, beginning her career as a nurse’s aide before earning her nursing license and eventually working her way up to director of nursing. She also worked for many years as a physical therapy assistant at a school for children with cerebral palsy.
