Community Relations Director

Kailyn works at Wingate Residences at Haverhill as the Community Relations Director. She strives to ensure a great experience for new residents, and help families navigate next steps for their loved ones through a personalized, friendly, and comforting approach. Finding a new home can feel overwhelming, and a little bit scary, which is why Kailyn is passionate about helping seniors find a community that’s right for them.

Kailyn has worked in the healthcare industry her entire life; she obtained a bachelor’s degree from Salem State University. Her experience in healthcare is very diverse. She began her career as a CNA, then moved to hospital administration, skilled nursing and now has now found her passion in senior living. Kailyn’s expansive background provides her with the ability to provide guidance, comfort, and support to seniors as they make the life-changing transition to assisted living and memory care. Kailyn lives in Plaistow with her husband, a toddler son named Finnegan, and their two dogs, Oscar and Isabella. She grew up on the North Shore in Massachusetts and enjoys working at a community that feels so much like home.
